Thanksgiving Blessings

Photo compliments of Dani of Eagles Wings

Just wanted to take a moment to wish you all a very happy and blessed Happy Thanksgiving!

Of the many, many things that I am thankful for are the dear people I have met here through journaling. I began my journal on December 1st of last year. I thought it would be fun to chronicle some of our family's journey, record my favorite recipes while using my creativity as well. Never did I realize that my life would be touched in such a profound way.

Through sharing and reading your journals, I have learned so much from you all. Some have inspired me to creativity. Some have prompted me to greater service and holiness. Others have made me laugh out loud! While some have even made me cry. With each person I share, I feel I become a little better ME.

I am thankful for that and for you!

For now I'm "over the river and through the woods" to grandmother's house ~ so until next week, I remain,

So very grateful,
Lea

Lea, I hope you and your family have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving and safe travels. Finding your site is what started this blogging for me and the wonderful sites I have discovered because of you. I truly appreciate the help you gave me the other day. I would have been lost without you. I began blogging as a way of healing from mom's passing.Thank you dear friend and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Brenda

OMG Lea, I told hubby at supper that the song that rings in my head at this time of year is "Over the river and through the woods, to grandmother's house we go"..
You have been a blessing to me, and I am very thankful that the Lord allowed our paths to cross, so when we get to heaven, we'll recognize each other immediately ! :)
Have a blessed Thanksgiving..

Hi Lea, I hope you had a fabulous time at your Grandmother's home to enjoy Thanksgiving together! How wonderful to have your Grandmother yet. Its been years since my Grandmother was here...over 20 in fact. God gave me a husband that has been better to me than 7 sons plus...he makes up and more for so much. We have very few relatives...thankfully God blessed us with children. One of them living with us while his home gets remodeled. Love him being here! Whoops I only have three minutes left of my pc time. Time to print off the things for Sunday School tomorrow. The children's Bible story is about Daniel in the Lion's den...and I need that pattern printed off for the lions! Hope you are having a gem of an afternoon!

I trust your holiday was peaceful and happy. Ours was. I have given much thought to our recent chat and have come to some conclusions. I think you are one of the most generous, honest and accepting women I have ever known and I am so thankful for our friendship. Bless you, Lea.
